Is there a way to create a downloadable document (like a PDF) with embedded GIFs or other media for on-screen or mobile viewing?
There is a pdf viewer stock app that comes on all Android phones. However, one must still download the pdf file before it can be seen. I have a Huawei (w/ EMUI 10 & Android 10) Android phone, with Chrome, Firefox & Brave browsers. As shown to me, a phone has to have an active internet connection, and at least one PDF app open; if not, the Phone will just hang, or have a blank PDF page. I have been able to install the PDF Reader app on my Android phone (which I have on hand) and open the Google Drive download and view it, but it will always say: “This file is still being reviewed…”.
